A Day of Presence, Partnership, and Inner Strength
There are moments in life when we long to pause—step out of the noise, reconnect with our bodies, and remember who we really are. Peaceful Warrior is an invitation to do just that.Â

Cathedral of the Horse: Peaceful Warrior is a special edition of our beloved Cathedral of the Horse gathering, blending meditation, yoga, and experiential learning with horses into one restorative day.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to walk as a “peaceful warrior”—centered, grounded, and connected—while building deeper partnership with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world.
Guided by Pam Hunter (Certified Master Equus Coach and Principal of Unbridled Life Coaching) and Amanda Azadian (certified yoga instructor, B.S. in Kinesiology), you’ll be invited to pause, breathe, and discover new ways to access strength through softness.

Why Horses?
Horses live fully attuned to the world around them. As highly sensitive beings, they reflect our inner states and invite us into congruence—helping us see where our mind, body, and emotions are aligned, and where they are not.
Recent studies suggest that simply interacting with horses may reduce blood pressure, improve heart rate variability, and support nervous system regulation. When combined with meditation, yoga, and time in nature, the result is profound: a reset for body, mind, and spirit.

Amanda is a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience using her BS in Kinesiology to deepen a yoga practice and support whole-person health and well-being. She studies herbalism and traditional medicine and has been a big fan of horses since she was a little kid growing up in the country side of Massachusetts.
Amanda’s mission with this series of events is to cultivate health and wellbeing for both humans and horses, allowing us to recognize the opportunity to create partnerships with these incredible animals rather than seek to dominate them in the ways that conventional horsemanship (and corporate industry employment) has often trained us to operate.
