By popular demand, Cathedral of the Horse is expanding!

We will be holding Cathedral of the Horse on Sundays (dates to be determined) at a wonderfully rustic farm in Farmingdale, Monmouth County, NJ or at Tri-Brook Equestrian Center. At our Farmingdale location, in addition to horses and ponies, we will be among goats, sheep, horses, pot-bellied pigs and the most adorable cow, all of whom love the attention of humans!

Cathedral of the Horse is a place that offers you a break from our hectic world. It provides a space where you can calm your mind to relieve stress and cultivate peace within. 

We will gather together with a group of like-minded people for meditation, interaction with horses and other animals through energy and movement, and community-building in nature among our wise horses. 

In addition to meditation, we will be exploring energy control, breath, and movement using Qigong and other modalities to interact and communicate with horses.

This unique experience will help you connect deeper to nature, other living beings, and to yourself by exploring your own energy and the energy of others.

According to recent studies, interacting with horses may contribute to a reduction in blood pressure and improvements in heart rate variability and nervous system regulation. This unique experience offers you the benefits of nature, meditation, and the healing effects of horses, all at once.
